Sharing God’s Goodness and Love: A Study about Vocation

We want youth to grow in the understanding and living out of their vocation. Vocation is a term that means “Calling.” God calls His Baptized children to love Him and serve their neighbor. Every Christian is called to unique roles or tasks through which God cares for His creation. Vocation encompasses all the various ways we are called to serve in our homes, church, communities, schools and beyond.

In this study, youth will think about the roles, responsibilities, and relationships God has called us to through the lens of four Biblical characters. These allow us to see the unique vocations where God has used people in the past and where He will use us in the future.

Session One: Joseph

Session Two: Naomi

Session Three: Priscilla and Aquila

Session Four: Jesus

Devotions

These lessons have four devotions that run parallel to the Bible study. These are designed for you to use if you meet multiple times a week or for you to share through email or social media in between lessons.
